The Federation of Catholic Family Associations in Europe (FAFCE) has organized a “policy briefing” on the theme “Family & Finance: A possible alliance?” that will be held on 16 October at the headquarters of the Economic and Social Committee in Brussels. The meeting will be opened by Luca Jahier, president of the EU Committee, and the key-note speech will be given by the Polish economist Paul Dembinski, from the University of Zurich. A round table will follow with Matteo Rizzolli (Lumsa University), Sebastian Fitzek (Romanian Academy), and EESC Members, moderated by Vincenzo Bassi (Family Forum). After the work, Antoine Renard, FAFCE president, will make the final remarks. The initiative is organized conjointly by FAFCE, the Forum of Family Associations, and the Romanian association “Vladimir Ghika,” in partnership with the Economic and Social Committee and the Dutch Sallux Foundation.
