Christmas 2017
Christ at the Center of Our Hearts and Lives
The video message of Prefect Kevin Farrell’s Christmas Greetings
Jesus must be at the center of Christmas. Holy Father Francis, speaking last Sunday at the Angelus, said that Christmas has no meaning if we take Jesus out of Christmas. I invite you to reflect, how often is it that there is no room for Jesus in our hearts and our souls? We are just like those people who, two thousand years ago, had no room for the young woman who was about to give birth to our Savior.
Prefect Kevin Farrell said this during his Christmas greeting, in the video message posted on the Dicastery’s YouTube channel. He concluded with the wish that “this Christmas, there may be room for Christ in our hearts and our lives.”
