Pope Francis: “No to every violation of dignity”

“To renew the commitment to guard and protect human life from its beginnings to its natural end”: this is the wish that Pope Francis reiterated, in yesterday’s Angelus, recalling the Day for Life which was celebrated in Italy on the theme of: “Opening the doors to life.” And so the Pope connected himself with the message of the Italian bishops’ conference.
“It is also necessary,” he added, “to oppose every form of violation against the dignity of human life, even when the advancement of technology or the economy is at stake, so that we can open wide the doors to a new kind of brotherhood in solidarity.”
