“Vocation = Gift of Life” is the theme of the study seminar between the synods on the family and the synod on young people that will be held on 11 and 12 May at the Pontifical Athenaeum Regina Apostolorum.

Intended for pastoral workers, catechists, youth group leaders, couples-guides of faith paths for engaged couples, young people, and religion teachers, the seminar aims to provide tools for reflection on the theme of vocation and discernment, and then to offer the Synod Fathers the fruits of the work.

Lectures will be given by the General Secretary of the Synod of Bishops, Card. Lorenzo Baldisseri; the director of the Office of Family Ministry of the Diocese of Rome, Msgr. Andrea Manto; the dean of the APRA Faculty of Bioethics, Gonzalo Miranda (APRA); Marta Rodríguez and Cecilia Bayón, respectively director and researcher of the Institute of Higher Studies on Women. In addition, Laura Paladino, professor of theology at the European University of Rome, and Fr. Giuseppe Fiorentini, doctor in theology of marriage and the family, will speak.
