Interview
Farrell: “Families need conversation and exchange of ideas, not friction”

For nearly forty years now, the Church in Italy has been celebrating the National Day for Life on the first Sunday of February. This year, on 29 January 2017, the newspaper Avvenire, in the supplement entitled “We Family and Life,” published an interview by Luciano Moia with the Prefect of the Dicastery for the Laity, Family and Life, Cardinal Kevin Farrell. The Italian newspaper has kindly allowed us to put the entire text of this interview on the Dicastery’ website. Given the importance of its contents, it has also been translated into English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese, so that it may be more widely diffused among the faithful.
