Amoris Laetitia presented by the Holy Father

On March 19^th, the beginning of the “Amoris Laetitia Family” Year took place, and with a video message Card. Farrell, Prefect of the Dicastery for the Laity, Family and Life,  introduces the series of ten videos in which the Holy Father, together with families from five continents will talk about the content and spirit of the Apostolic Exhortation.

As the Cardinal says, "through these testimonies, we will discover the many challenges and blessings shared by families around the world. Putting our trust in God and striving to make Him present in our families is a wonderful opportunity to preserve the essential values of the Christian life."

 For the next 10 months, a new video will be released on the website www.amorislaetitia.va and on Vatican News, accompanied by a short guide which will help reawaken in families, but also in dioceses and parishes around the world, a pastoral interest in the family.

Farrell hopes that "this simple tool will help families become increasingly aware of their vocation and their active role in building the Church of tomorrow."
