Prefect Farrell delivers the Decree of Erection, Statutes and Appointments
This morning Cardinal Kevin Farrell, Prefect of the Dicastery for Laity, Family and Life, delivered the Decree of Erection of Charis and of approval of its Statutes and the Decree of Appointment of the first moderator, members of the International Service of Communion and the Ecclesiastical Assistant of the new international service body for all the realities of Catholic Charismatic Renewal. These decrees were received by the Moderator of Charis, Jean-Luc Moens, in the presence of the Ecclesiastical Assistant of Charis, Father Raniero Cantalamessa, the persons appointed by the Holy Father to launch Charis, as well as the Presidents of the International Catholic Charismatic Renewal Service (ICCRS) and Catholic Fraternity of Charismatic Covenant Communities and Fellowships.
