Promoting co-responsibility between pastors and laity in the Church

At 11:30 a.m. this morning, in live streaming from the Holy See Press Office, St. Pius X Hall, Via dell'Ospedale 1, a Press Conference was held to present the International Conference for the Presidents and Representatives of the Bishops' Commissions for the Laity entitled: "Pastors and Lay Faithful Called to Walk Together" (New Synod Hall, Feb. 16-18, 2023), organized by the Dicastery for Laity, Family and Life.

Speakers included Card. Kevin Farrell, Prefect of the Dicastery for Laity, Family and Life; Dr. Linda Ghisoni, Undersecretary of the Dicastery for Laity, Family and Life; Card. Gérald C. Lacroix, Archbishop of Québec, Canada, and member of the Dicastery for Laity, Family and Life; Dr. Andrea Poretti, laywoman and head of the Community of Sant'Egidio in Argentina.
