Ten proposals, including licentiates, doctorates, and masters, to “to deepen the knowledge of the truth about marriage and the family, in the light of faith and with the help of the different human sciences; and to prepare priests, religious and laypeople to render an increasingly qualified academic and pastoral service.”

For the academic year 2017-2018, the 36th since its founding, the Pontifical Institute John Paul II is again presenting a rich offer of formation, starting with the Licentiate and the Doctorate in theology with a specialization in the Sciences of marriage and the family.

Masters courses in Marriage and Family Sciences, in Bioethics and Formation, Family Counseling, Fertility and Marital Sexuality are being offered. A Diploma in Pastoral Family Ministry and a course of permanent formation in Family ministry for Priests are also proposed.
